Delete your account

Delete from the app

The quickest way: open Settings in the web dashboard or the mobile app and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and the businesses you own.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't sign in, email raqimosupport@gmail.com from your account's email address, or use the contact form and choose “Account deletion”. For your safety, we verify the request comes from you before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and login.
• The businesses you own and their customers, invoices, expenses, and uploaded receipts.

What we may keep

We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, records of a completed payment) and remove data from backups on our regular backup cycle.

How long it takes

Deletion from the app is immediate. Emailed requests are handled after we verify your identity, and we'll confirm by email when it's done.
