Who makes Raqimo?
Raqimo is built and operated by Raqimo. You can reach us any time at raqimosupport@gmail.com.
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
Your data is stored securely with our hosting provider in the European Union (Ireland · eu-west-1). Only you and the people you invite to your business can see it. We never sell your data.
Does Raqimo hold or move my money?
No. Raqimo records your invoices and expenses and helps you request payment. When a customer pays, they use their own payment method — Raqimo never holds or transfers funds.
Can I export my data or delete my account?
Yes. You can export your invoices and expenses to a spreadsheet (CSV) at any time, and you can delete your account and its data from the app or via our delete-account page.
Is there a free plan, and what are the limits?
Yes — the Free plan lets you create up to 10 invoices each month, with PDF export, shareable links, and expense tracking. Paid plans remove the invoice limit.
Does it work in Arabic and English? On which devices?
Yes — fully in Arabic and English, with right-to-left support, on the web dashboard and on iOS and Android. Your account stays in sync across all of them.
